New Internet Banking Features

There are some new features of Internet Banking, such as viewing future dated payments, which we would like to bring to your attention.

Setting up regular payments

To set up regular payments use the "Personal Payees" list option and select either:
• BPAY - For regular BPAY payments
• TRANSFER - For internal transfers to Encompass membership (record both the member number and the appropriate account type e.g. S1)
• CREDIT EXTERNAL - For regular external EFT payments
• MULTITRANS - For multi-transactions used via BPAY, transfers and EFT payments to allow you the convenience to make more than one payment at one time  

Then select "Transaction" and the type of payment (described above) and "Select a personal payee" from the drop down box to effect the payment.

Additional security measures

As an added security precaution we will:
• Prompt you to change your “access code” every 180 days (if you have not already done so within this specified time)
• Require you to enter your access code before processing any value transactions

Other features

The heading “Other” and drop down tab “Customise” allows you to:
• change your login name to something more secure than merely a member number
• personalise your account names to something more easily recognisable
• change the account list displayed on the “Welcome Page”
• select which one of your accounts to view account transactions displayed on the “Welcome Page”

The heading “Other” and drop down tab “Client Maintenance” lets you automatically update your address, phone and email contact details.

Downloading .csv file formats

To download .csv file formats to Excel may require a change to the Internet Explorer settings:
Go to: Tools, select Internet Options, then Security - and change the "automatic prompting for file downloads" setting to "Enable".
