Financial Literacy to 6 years of age

This section is a fun and interactive stepping stone into the basics of money targeted at kids up to 6 years old. It outlines what money looks like, the importance of understanding money values with interesting quizzes and surveys. Kids under the age of 6 years old might need help from their parents and/or teachers by reading and discussing content.

Financial Literacy 7 to 9 yrs of age

7 to 9 yrs of age

This section is aimed at kids aged 7 to 9 years of age to assist them in learning the values of money so kids know if they borrow money, they must pay it back. Kids can also gain an insight into budgeting, tips on how money is kept and the reasons why people save.

This section is designed for 10 to 12 year olds to encourage them to set up savings goals to make special purchases and help them understand the importance of knowing their consumer rights and responsibilities when it comes to buying special purchases.

This section assists kids between 13 to 15 years of age in preparation of earning an income and letting them know how to prepare a simple budget plan. It also covers how credit cards work, advice on avoiding financial scams, and the importance of keeping track of their personal spending pattern.

16 to 25 yrs of age

The Education to Work section will assist 16 to 19 year olds to be more financially organised when it comes to managing mobile phone bills and provides tips on moving out, buying a car, travelling costs, credit cards, budgeting, saving and much more. There are calculators, quizzes, and vox pops throughout the section to make it interactive and fun.
