Term Investment Application - Terms and Conditions

APPLICATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Minimum deposit is $1000 for three months. All deposits must be for whole months. 2 The interest rate is not subject to variation during the fixed term. Interest payments shall be made in accordance with the option that you choose, calculated on a daily basis and will be paid at least annually. 3. Unless written instructions are received not to renew the deposit for the initial term, the Credit Union will automatically renew the deposit for the term nominated at the current interest rate. 4. The deposit is lodged on the basis that it is not withdrawable before the date on which it matures. In cases of genuine financial hardship the Credit Union may agree to the early withdrawal of a deposit or may grant a loan for the amount required pending maturity of the deposit. Where early withdrawal is agreed to interest payable on the deposit shall be determined by the Credit Union. 5. For information regarding fees and charges, please refer to our brochure “Fees and Charges” or contact the Credit Union on 13 13 61. 6. All deposits are made on the basis that the Credit Union has the right to refuse to accept deposits exceeding $250,000. 7. Details of your deposits are included in your statements. 8.
