2009 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 18 November 2009 at the Bowlers’ Club of NSW, Sydney. At the meeting, members were informed about the performance of the Credit Union for the 2008/09 financial year and given the opportunity to offer feedback, ask questions and vote in the election for Directors.
We would like to offer a BIG thank you to members, directors, staff and guests who attended and participated, your contribution was greatly appreciated.
We look forward to seeing more members next year at the 2010 AGM.
Election of Directors
We welcome two new Directors to the Encompass Board, Alex Claassens and Gillian George.
We would like to extend our thanks to Paul Collins, who stood down from the Board after 25 years, for his long standing commitment to the Credit Union and its members. We would also like to extend our thanks to Sandra Fields, who was unsuccessful in being re-elected to the Board, for her commitment to the Credit Union over the past 9 years.
