ADVANCE NOTICE OF ENCOMPASS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR DIRECTORS
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 17 November 2010 at the Grace Hotel, 77 York Street, Sydney commencing at 3.00pm. The meeting will be followed by afternoon tea.
A notice of meeting and information on proxy voting will be made available on the Encompass website and in all branches no later than 21 days prior to the meeting.
RSVP for afternoon tea by Wednesday, 10 November 2010.
Nomination for Director
As required by the Encompass Constitution three Directors are required to stand down at the 2010 Annual General Meeting. The Directors standing down are eligible for re-election. Individual members may be nominated as a candidate for the 2010 Election of Directors.
Nomination Forms must be lodged with the Company Secretary at the registered office of Encompass Credit Union Limited 59 Buckingham Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, by 4pm on Friday, 13 August 2010. A Nomination Form can be printed using the link below. Forms can also be obtained from any Encompass Branch or by calling 13 13 61.
