This program has successfully encouraged staff involvement in activities both overseas and at home and our staff actively participates in raising funds for those less fortunate.

CUFA develops community access to affordable financial services in the Asia Pacific region, working cooperatively at grass-roots through to government levels, building capacity in emerging credit union movements to create sustainability, improve lives and relieve poverty. Encompass has helped CUFA achieve this by participating in various programs such as the Village Entrepreneur project , the Cambodia savings bank project challenge programs and our latest project fundraising for the Oceanic Confederation of Credit Union Leagues.

PWI NSW is a non-profit rail industry association that aims to promote the growth and sharing of knowledge within the rail track industry through technical & regional forums, social events and one of the largest annual railway conferences in Australia. PWI NSW provides interaction and networking with rail personnel of varied disciplines including planners, designers, suppliers, constructors, maintainers and operators at all levels, both government and private. With a dynamic and ever-changing railway track industry the PWI is a unique body that brings all associated parties together.

These contractors operate or control an estimated 95% of the vehicles used in commercial waste and recycling collections across NSW. Wherever a council contracts out its waste and recycling service in NSW, it does so to a WCRA Member.

These events include touch football, soccer, fishing, tennis, golf, table tennis, mixed netball, ten pin bowling, lawn bowls, snooker, chess, walking, basketball, road races and swimming. The STBI also provide recreational facilities where members can go unwind when they have a break. Most depots have snooker and table tennis tables, cards and board games, TVs, computers (with access to the internet) and resting areas.

Depots also have health promotion programs for employees for example, walking clubs, weight watchers and general fitness programs.
